Working at Path of Life Camp has been an unforgettable experience for the hundreds of young people who have joined our team over the last 50 years. We are always looking for mature, responsible teens and young adults who love Jesus and love kids! There are many positions to fill each summer, including-

Counselors- These very special young adults (18+) are the backbone of our camping program. They are responsible for leading small groups of children and teens to various activities during the day, ensuring safety and security, planning and participating in the camp program throughout the week. Starting at $400/week, negotiable based on age, experience, seniority, availability.
CIT's- These are 16+ year old "counselors in training" who partner with their senior counselors as an extra set of eyes, ears, and helping hands. Starting at $200/week, negotiable based on age, experience, seniority, availability.
Craft Director- 16+ Creative, patient with kids, organized, resourceful individual(s) to direct our arts and crafts program, order supplies, and maintain organization and cleanliness in the craft area. Salary negotiable based on age and experience, availability, etc.
Horsemanship Assistant- Reliable, focused, fast learners and self-starters, job duties involve horse care and barn maintenance, supervision and ensuring the safety of students, assisting with horsemanship lessons, leading and tailing trail rides. Flexible pay scale, depends on age, experience, responsibility, hours worked, etc.
Hospitality Team- Individuals with intense personal responsibility and a focus on detail, a hands-on position responsible for preparing and serving all meals, running snack shack and coffee bar, as well as custodial work.
Photographer/Videographer- This position can be filled but almost any age, but essential skills include organization, personal accountability, motivation, following and giving directions, and ability to take constructive criticism
Volunteers- These can be any age, but primarily consist of 14-15 year olds who don't quite make the cut for paid staff selection, but still have a desire to serve the Lord at Path of Life in various areas. This is a great first step in preparation for future summers as camp staff.
Maintenance- Our maintenance team is responsible for keeping the grounds of camp clean and attractive, including garbage collection, weed whacking and mowing. Essential skills include personal accountability, motivation, following directions, and safe operation of power equipment.
